Job Skills / Requirements
Custodial and Campus Event Assistant:
Assisting Custodial staff in,
o Assist in cleaning exterior buildings and facilities
o Trash as collection Daily on a Schedule
o Assist Custodial Staff in daily tasks as Needed
Assisting Grounds Staff in,
o Daily Policing of Campus for Trash and any debris
o Storm cleanup of small items on Campus
o Furniture moving and assembly
o Set up seating, tables, and any fixtures needed for events as instructed
o Moving of Athletic Equipment such as stands, goals and bleachers,
General Duties,
o Must maintain all work orders assigned including time worked and detailed comments on work performed
o Must complete all required safety and skill training as required.
o Possess and maintain a safe and clean driving record

Ability to reach, bend, stoop, wipe, push and pull.
The ability to exert maximum muscle force to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 25 pound on a frequent basis, up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis.
Extensive walking and standing for the duration of the shift.
Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned tasks with production and service time frames as established by the company.
Ability to work with various temperatures extreme from hot to cold.
