Overview
HES delivers a very personal and caring experience to each of the campuses we serve. This requires that we forge close relationships at every level within the organization. Our team members will have daily engagement with students and / or faculty and should possess a positive demeanor, customer service and problem-solving skills.
Grounds Porter are responsible for the cleanliness and maintenance of all assigned areas. Porters perform any combination of cleaning duties, picking up trash to maintain the daily upkeep and cleanliness of the outside grounds facility.

Essential Functions
Grounds Porters perform different tasks to achieve a functional and pleasant outdoor environment. Picking up trash walking the grounds to assure a clean and sanitized outdoor enviorment.
