This critical leadership role requires a proven track record in scaling manufacturing businesses and a deep understanding of operational excellence, strategic planning, and market expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a focus on achieving measurable growth and expanding our presence in the alternative energy markets, including aeroderivative, BESS, and solar.
Requirements :
Strategic Leadership :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to achieve above-average growth, focusing on operational efficiency, market penetration, and customer acquisition.
- Drive organizational alignment with strategic goals and ensure the team is motivated and equipped to deliver results.
Operational Management :
Oversee all aspects of operations, including production, supply chain, quality assurance, and customer service.Optimize manufacturing processes and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and profitability.Business Development :
Identify new markets, customers, and business opportunities to drive revenue growth in alternative energy solutions, particularly in aeroderivative, BESS, data center and solar markets.Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.Financial Oversight :
Manage the company’s P&L to ensure financial health and growth.Develop budgets, forecast performance, and track financial metrics to align with the company’s objectives.Team Leadership :
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team across all departments.Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.Customer Focus :
Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards and delivering on commitments.Address customer feedback proactively to build long-term relationships and brand loyalty.Qualifications and Skills :
Experience : Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within manufacturing, with a proven track record of scaling businesses and achieving significant growth targets.Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferred), with a strong business background. An MBA is a plus but not required.Industry Expertise : Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, market trends, and competitive landscapes, especially in alternative energy solutions.Strategic Vision : Demonstrated ability to develop and execute growth strategies that deliver measurable results.Leadership : Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and accountability.Financial Acumen : Proficient in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders.Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and decision-making abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities.Why Join ASG?
