We’re looking for a reliable, energetic, and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate/Back-Up Driver to join our team! This role is essential to keeping our warehouse operations running smoothly by handling receiving, storing, organizing, and distributing products, materials, and supplies.
In addition to maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring proper storage, you’ll also help prepare shipments and, when needed, operate our HESCO box truck or van to make deliveries or provide services.

Requirements:Essential Duties and Responsibilities Includes the following, but not limited to.
- Freight Handling: Unload freight manually or using equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Shipment Processing: Inspect and unpack incoming shipments, reject damaged items, record shortages, and communicate with shippers as necessary.
- Order Fulfillment: Receive, stage, pick, pack, and ship products with accuracy and efficiency using handheld barcode scanners and the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Assist with regular warehouse activities, including cleaning, product consolidation, cycle counts, and other assigned tasks.
- Backup Driving: Serve as a backup driver to deliver company products, ensuring on-time and accurate deliveries to customers.
- Equipment Operation: Operate tier lift trucks or hand trucks to move shipments from shipping/receiving areas to storage or work areas.
- Computer Proficiency: Utilize a computer for daily tasks, including checking and responding to emails.
Certificates and Licenses:
A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record is required. Obtaining a valid DOT medical card is a requirement.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and a minimum one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
