Roles & Responsibilities
Support & Analysis Responsibilities
· Set up and organize files / scan / prepare planning documents
· Evaluate documents and input into our planning software
· Generate planning questions and full financial plans
· Help create plan presentations
· Keep CRM and Teams up to date
· Research items as needed
· Assist with special projects as they arise
· Build relationships with client and assist in direct communication
· Assist with managing the planning pipeline
· Run Holisitplan / Morningstar reports
· Oversee the firm’s insurance cases
· Run hypotheticals as needed
· Assist with proactive touchpoints (i.e., tax notifications, RMDs, and QCDs)
Client Service Responsibilities
· Provide frequent and proactive communication to clients, responding to client questions and concerns
· Assist with scheduling and planning client meetings
· Prep conference rooms for client meetings and take notes
· Capture and track important client information
· Help prepare for client meetings
· Send out client meeting follow up emails
· Create follow up tasks and help manage calendar
· Show client appreciation with “Surprise & Delight” activities
· Manage the onboarding of new clients and tasks
· Assist clients with rollover calls and accessing forms
