- Proactively follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns
- Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to effectively address customer inquiries and promote sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential sales opportunities and provide support as needed
- Continuously strive to improve the customer experience by identifying and implementing process improvements

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- Proven experience in a customer service role or similar position
