• Maintain and update database for accuracy and completeness

• Generate reports based on data entered and provide analysis when needed

• Work closely with other departments to collect relevant data and ensure consistency

• Follow data entry processes and procedures to maintain data integrity

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role

• Knowledge of data management principles and database systems

• Proficient in using MS Office and Google Suite

• Excellent typing skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask, prioritize and meet tight deadlines

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and regulations
