Experience
- A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in medical social work, senior care, or community health settings is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration with clients and healthcare professionals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.81 - $27.48 per hour
