Responsibilities
- Support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities seek community employment.
- Job coaching on site at a community job.
- Work with employers to assure quality satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records and documentation on individual's job performance.
- Work flexible work schedules to coordinate with individual's job hours.
Experience
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable.
- Skills in mentoring, interviewing, and recruiting are advantageous for supporting client development.
