Rental Coordinator - Part Time (St. Louis, MO)
This is a part time, potentially temporary opportunity based out of our branch in Earth City, MO.
Position Summary:
Work directly with sales team, customers, other Heubel departments, and other distributors to coordinate rental projects as efficiently and accurately as possible. Provide administrative support to the rental department. Work directly with customers and all Heubel departments to provide the best customer support possible.
- Assist in daily rental operations in accordance with established operating methods, policies, procedures and state / federal regulations.
- Work directly with the sales team and customers to locate rental equipment, determine correct specifications, and communicate availability and rates.
- Administer rental invoicing processes and reports.
- Assist customers with invoicing issues, issuing credits and adjustments when required.
- Develop positive, long-term customer service relations.
- Coordinate shipment of rental, used, and stock equipment.
- Maintain records on all rental equipment, monitoring location and condition of all equipment at all branches.
- Maintain filing system
- Assist rental manager on various projects as assigned.
- Assist in fielding incoming calls.
- Various additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
- Work with all departments to ensure quality of customer service.
- Prefer at least 5 years' experience in the material handling or similar industry.
- Must be able to multi-task, be organized, communicate effectively, and have the desire to provide the best customer experience possible.
- Excellent communication and multi-tasking skills.
- Five or more years administrative or equivalent experience.
- Candidates must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products.
