We are looking for a versatile person who has exceptional analytical skills but who chooses to focus those on designing and implementing projects. A lot of what we do when implementing LearningBuilder is repeatable and predictable. A lot of it also inventing something new to adapt to a new customer circumstance or requirement. You'll need to know the difference to ensure each project delights our customers. Our project vary in size from weeks to months and from individual efforts to small teams (3 - 5).
On any given day, you may:
- Meet with customers to gain insight into their requirements, resource availability, and priorities;
- Prepare agendas and preparatory materials to ensure productive meetings;
- Write status reports that evaluate progress and clarify risk;
- Develop project plans that clarify dependencies, resources, and timelines;
- Write Statements of Work to clarify our delivery obligations;
- Convene internal team meetings to align tasks and next steps;
- Coordinate third parties, such as customers and integration partners to establish ownership and accountability;
- Write and execute test plans;
- Use our project management software to monitor project progress;
- Manage customer escalations to address delivery concerns;
- Interface with multiple internal departments, including Customer Success, Technical Operations, Integrations Services, and Product Development;
- Configure LearningBuilder - yes, you too can get your hands "dirty" in the system; and
- Contribute to a fun work environment. We even have an office dog.
As a Project Manager, we expect you to have prior software implementation experience implementing the same commercial software for more than one client. This job requirement is non-negotiable.
Location: This position is located in our Arlington VA office. For the first 90 days, you will be in office, after which you may negotiate one day / week to work from home.

Salary Range: 110K - 145K, depending on experience.
