Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick is currently accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant for Accounts Receivable and Customer Credit to join our Accounting and Parts departments

Essential Duties
- Customer Account Management
Review customer credit applications, establish account terms and set up new accounts
Monitor customer account performance and compliance with credit policies
Manage customer inquiries and claims and resolve account issues
Establish relationships with key customer accounts
- Billing
Manage customer billing issues and customer training toward self sufficiency
- Accounts Receivable
Ensure the accurate and timely receipt and posting of all payments
Coordinate and reconcile customer payments retrieved by delivery vendors
- Collections
Monitor all customer account aging and payment status
Supervise communication with delinquent customers and in-house sales staff
Supervise collection efforts in accordance with collection policies
- Management and Reporting
Coordinate activities with accounts receivable and accounting personnel
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Associates Degree Preferred
- 2 years of accounting or accounts receivable experience
- Automotive Dealership experience preferred
- CDK management system experience preferred
