Job Description :
The Digital Natives Brands & Cloud Service Providers Sales Director is responsible for strategic sales leadership and execution. Provides input to developing strategic sales plans that reflect HPE's business strategy to advance market share / penetration and achieve profitable growth.
This role will lead the NA sales organization within Digital Native Brands and Cloud Service Providers function of HPE. You will be responsible for setting the direction and managing the deliverables of the assigned sales team and achieving revenue. You will take complete ownership of developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the defined market to drive pipeline generation and revenue growth. The role will report directly to the Vice President of the NA Industry Verticals Organization.
Responsibilities :
- Lead the NA Sales for Digital Native Brands & Cloud Service Providers vertical.
- Accountable for business growth, company market share, and revenue increases.
- Unlock customer growth and increase market share, with a focus on Cloud, AI, and HPE IP Solutions.
- Identify and leverage new growth opportunities to generate new sales.
- Establish HPE as the main strategic partner for all IT needs.
- Set quotas and goals for the organization.
- Transform and upskill the team while embracing a strategic mindset.
- Ensure optimum sales coverage through direct and partner sales resources.
- Build lasting, consultative relationships with customer accounts.
- Demonstrate thought leadership by directing the customer's application of technology to new business problems.
