- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of engineers, analysts and solution architects fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Define team objectives and key results, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Technical Expertise :
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of database systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Stay updated on the latest database technologies and trends, evaluating their potential impact on our organization.
- Provide deep technical guidance in SQL and database management, troubleshooting complex issues and optimizing performance.
- Drive continuous improvement in data management and analytics practices, leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with external vendors and partners to enhance data capabilities and deliver robust solutions that meet business objectives.
- Oversee the end-to-end data pipeline process, ensuring efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
Work closely with engineering teams to optimize data flow and maintain data integrity. Strategic Vision :
