Job Description : Responsibilities :

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, reference manuals, API documentation, and release notes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance, to gather information and ensure accuracy of documentation.Translate complex technical concepts into clear and concise documentation for a variety of audiences.Ensure documentation adheres to company standards and guidelines for style, formatting, and branding.Integrate graphics and illustrations to improve the quality and usability of the documentation.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in technical writing and documentation.Education and Skills Required :

Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.6 years of experience in technical writing or information development, preferably in the software industry.Strong writing and editing skills with keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.ITOM domain knowledge is a plusExperience in writing API documentation on test scripting, and testing methodologies is a plus.

The expected salary / wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education / training, and / or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay.
