Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Scheduling meetings to ensure all stakeholders and teams are aligned in their support of the program.
- Documenting program results and where applicable drive lessons learned.
- Supporting change management and being an advocate for process improvement initiatives and ideas.
- Must be a US Citizen
- Desire to build a career in program management and beyond.
- Project / Program management knowledge, including program / project structuring and managing schedules.
- Good analytical thinking, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Some experience in the use of program and product management tools such as Smartsheet’s, Excel, Jira, and other programs.
- Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and facilitating.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo.
