Job Description :
The Managed Services Presales Solution Architect will be responsible for designing solutions and building pricing models to support the Managed Services sales pipeline. This individual will work closely with the Sales Specialist for Managed Services to qualify opportunities, develop compelling solutions, and defend the proposed models and solutions in front of clients. A deep understanding of Managed Services solutions is essential for this role. Working as a Managed Services Presales Solution Architect, you’ll be pivotal in designing solutions, building pricing models, and driving the customer journey toward a Hybrid Cloud environment in close collaboration with Sales.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Design and Pricing :
Design and document Managed Services solutions that address client needs and align with our service offerings, including for example cloud services, IT infrastructure management, and cybersecurity solutions.
Collaborate closely with the Sales Specialist to understand client requirements, business challenges, and sales strategies.
Develop and present technical solutions and proposals to clients, clearly articulating the benefits and differentiators of our services.
Provide support to Account Managers and offer input regarding business development and solution expertise.
Education and Experience Required :
Technical degree in Computer Science or a similar field of studies.
Ability to orchestrate solutioning across organizations to drive deals to success.
Knowledge and Skills :
Cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Market research & analysis.
Qualification & development of new opportunities.
Financially savvy to meet financial targets.
