With a focus on campus, branch, mobility, and IoT solutions, it transforms business models by leveraging the combined power of compute, context, control, and secure connectivity.HPE is seeking a highly motivated Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) to join the Technical Marketing team as a technical expert on Aruba Networking’s products and technologies.Responsibilities : Serve as the primary technical expert supporting field enablement activities for Central.Maintain deep technical expertise across a broad range of Aruba products and technologies, including but not limited to 802.11ax / ac / n, 802.11-2016, 802.11i / s, 802.11e / QoS, WLAN security (firewalls, WIDS / WIPS), WLAN APs, gateways, switching, branch networks (SD-Branch), and network management solutions.Drive the inclusion of cutting-edge demos in the lab environment to enhance the Customer Experience Center (CEC).Engage in Aruba events such as Sales Kickoffs, HPE Discover, HPE TechJam, and TSS to conduct live demonstrations and deliver presentations and training sessions for partners and customers.Allocate approximately 40% of time to generating technical collateral, including reviewing and creating technical application notes, configuration and design guides, and contributing to curriculum and training development.Develop and review white papers, technical briefs, and implementation documents for web and print publication.Participate in technical forums, industry events, and speaking engagements to represent Aruba Networking’s solutions.Support customer site visits, particularly those involving field demonstrations and competitive comparisons.Required Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with 8 years or Master’s degree (MS) with 6 years in technical marketing, technical sales, customer support, or a similar role.Strong knowledge of networking technology with the ability to gain in-depth expertise on company products.Experience evaluating networking equipment.Extensive understanding of 802.11 technologies and hands-on experience in enterprise WLAN deployments.Solid knowledge of LAN and WAN networking protocols and technologies, including switching, routing, and security.Experience with cloud services and cloud-managed network deployments is advantageous.Industry certifications such as ACMX, ACDX, CWNE, or CCIE are strongly preferred.Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to develop and deliver complex technical presentations.Proficiency in presenting to a range of audiences, including sales teams, C-level executives, customers, and industry forums.Proven ability to create, design, and implement technical documentation.Experience leading projects within cross-functional teams.Strong organizational skills to manage multiple parallel projects and meet deadlines.Familiarity with the WLAN / LAN / cloud-networking competitive landscape when presenting to sales engineers, sales teams, territory managers, and channel partners.Additional Skills : Cross-Domain KnowledgeCustomer EngagementDesign ThinkingDevelopment FundamentalsDevOpsGo-to-Market ExpertisePartner ManagementProduct Lifecycle ManagementSecurity-First MindsetStrategic PricingStrategy CreationUser Experience (UX)Value CreationVendor ManagementWhat HPE Offers : Health and WellbeingComprehensive benefits designed to support employees’ physical, financial, and emotional well-being.Personal and Professional DevelopmentCareer development programs tailored to help individuals achieve their professional goals, whether they aim to become experts in their field or transition into new roles within the company.Diversity, Inclusion and BelongingAn inclusive work environment that values diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and skills, promoting collaboration and innovation.Salary Information : For U.S.-based hires, the expected salary range for this role is between $117,000 - $270,000 USD annually. The actual offer may vary based on location, experience, education, and skill level.
