Channel Sales Enablement
This role is responsible for overseeing product lines and developing business strategies to drive growth and profitability. The successful candidate will collaborate with sales teams to ensure seamless execution of category plans, while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead engagement with one or several sales teams in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
- Contribute to defining the category business plan and strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams from marketing, sales, and finance to ensure effective execution of category plans.
- Monitor KPIs and sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of product categories, business management, and sales challenges and strategies.
Requirements
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline or commensurate work experience.
- Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in category management, P&L management, or a related field.
