Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Change Management Lead to join our Technology & Innovation Organization (TIO). This role will be pivotal in aligning change management initiatives with TIO strategy, enhancing employee communications, and supporting TIO executive communications. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can own projects from beginning to end and adhere to the ADKAR methodology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change management programs and initiatives that align with TIO's overall strategy and operating model.
  • Enhance employee communications to ensure clear and effective messaging.
  • Support TIO executive communications to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Proactively identify and address potential challenges and risks associated with change initiatives.
  • Collaborate across the TIO leadership team to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in strategy, planning, operations, market research, or a related field.
  • Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools and software is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience in employee and executive communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

The base pay range for this role is $130,350 to $200,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
