This role is responsible for overseeing the successful launch and day to day management of HP Indigo products in the Americas. You will lead projects of significant size and complexity, ensuring engagements meet all scope, time, budget, and most importantly - customer expectations. The role involves maintaining upper-level client relationships, rolling out product improvement initiatives and cultivating new opportunities. You will head matrix project teams, and be a critical part of Global workteams. You will collaborate across departments, and contribute to complex projects while fostering relationships and providing mentorship.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the delivery of large and complex HP Indigo product projects and the health of your product in the field, in customer production environment.
- Manage client relationships, frequently serving as the organization's representative to external customers and clients.
- Ensure proper key performance indicators are set, measured, and regularly report on status against program objectives.
- Lead business development endeavors by identifying and cultivating new opportunities with clients, supporting early qualification and assessment of large and complex opportunities.
- Head project teams, overseeing both local and global resources.
- Prioritize multiple simultaneous projects to align with customer schedules and priorities.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engagement teams to ensure accurate reflection of customers and their needs.
- Apply advanced subject matter knowledge, lead, and contribute to complex projects, and exercise independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
- Frequently contribute to the development of new ideas and methods, and act as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies.
- Manage customer escalations and orchestrate the organizational effort to resolve promptly and satisfy the customer.
Education & Experience:
- First Level University degree; Advanced University degree preferred.
- 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, HP Services business units, HP global projects, or a related field.
- Preferred Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.

The base pay range for this role is $93,150 to $140,650 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
