Key Responsibilities:
Data Analysis and Insights
- Collect and Analyze Data from various sources (web analytics, email marketing, social, paid advertising, marketing automation platforms & CRM) to identity trends, insights and opportunities for growth
- Utilize statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights and inform strategic decisions
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement
- Leverage historical data to forecast future trends and customer behavior
Campaign Optimization & Experimentation
- Design and execute A/B tests to drive acquisition, improve customer experience and in return drive campaign performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify constraints, develop solutions and run experiments across owned, earned and paid channels
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop and test new ad creative
- Make data-backed recommendations to optimize spend and improve campaign efficiency.
Segmentation & Personalization
- Use data to segment customers and personalize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement personalization across campaigns including website experiences, email, chat and advertising
Market Research and Competitive Analysis
- Collaborate with the insights team, identifying segment specific trends, opportunities, and potential threats
- Analyzing competitors' marketing strategies and tactics
- Gathering and analyzing customer insights to inform marketing strategies
Measurement and Reporting
- Collaborate with data science to develop and implement B2B measurement models
- Create dashboards & reports to communicate results and insights to stakeholders
- Present results, learnings, and recommendations based on program and campaign performance
- Report on the effectiveness of growth experiments and campaigns, iterating based on insights and data.
- Review funnel metrics, identify gaps, and forecast future performance.

The base pay range for this role is $86,950 to $131,300 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
