This role is responsible for executing large scale programs and driving global customers growth in complex B2B capital equipment arenas. The role serves as a bridge between clients and internal teams, contributing industry expertise and providing mentorship to junior team members.
- Manages the high-level operational execution and relationships of the global strategic accounts in customer-centric mindset.
- Driving both routine and special operational efforts in a customer-facing role, in a results-driven global business atmosphere.
- Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with global functions to drive resolution of operational issues of high technical complexity.
- Represents the customer needs and provides business requirements to multi-dimensional projects & processes in complex corporate environments with dozens of functions and stakeholders.
- Owns operational performance reports and reviews with the customer and drives improvement plans.
- Consults and advises on operational matters in-bound and out-bound, up to the VP & Director levels.
- Proactively communicates operational process changes to customers and internal clients; drives the implementation phase of special projects and solutions.
- Manage unique technological and multidisciplinary projects, interfacing with multiple global business units cross org, in a cost-effective measures and revenue generating profits. Connect R&D, Marketing, Business, Sales, Finance, Services, Legal, Controllership, Quality and Environment to one act vs customer through In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycles.
- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
- Typically has 10 years of work experience, preferably in technical selling, consultative selling, account management, or a related field.
The on-target earnings (OTE) range for this role is $160,000 to $230,000 annually, with a 80/20 (salary/incentive) mix. There are additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
