Responsibilities
Platform Development. Architect.
CMDB & IT Asset Management
API Development (REST is acceptable)
Platform Customization & Scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript or other)
Workflow Development
Experience in complex integration projects
Understanding of delta analysis and making strategic recommendations
ITSM knowledge and RTRM (Risk Management Workflows) exposure
Proven experience in custom workflow development
