ETQ, part of Hexagon, is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Operations and Enablement (RevOps) to lead and optimize revenue generation processes, enhance operational efficiencies, and drive enablement strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. This leader will play a critical role in ensuring data-driven decision-making, scaling revenue-generating teams, and aligning processes and technology to achieve sustainable growth. Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive RevOps strategy to align sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
- Own revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and analytics to provide actionable insights to the leadership team.
- Design, implement, and refine processes that drive operational efficiency and enhance team performance.
- Manage enablement initiatives, including training, tools, and content, to ensure teams are equipped to meet performance goals.
- Optimize CRM and related technologies to streamline workflows and ensure accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer-centric alignment throughout the buyer's journey.
- Establish KPIs and dashboards to track performance across all revenue teams, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a data-driven culture by providing insights and reports that support strategic decision-making.
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team on growth opportunities and market dynamics.
