Hexagons Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a Temporary Order Management Associate to work for one year, starting in September, 1st 2024.
The administrative department of a multinational company based in Rungis (France) is seeking a temporary administrative assistant to realize all administrative works related to France and Middle-East by fulfilling the following tasks :
- Check and process software orders, services and maintenance orders according to the corporation policies - and implementing the procedure in place.
- Issue invoices and credit notes to the customers.
- Customer service and support.
- Prepare and send the Purchase Orders to the providers.
- Prepare deliveries to the customers.
- Perform and follow collection and cash-flow.
- Collaborate with the financial team.
- Prepare maintenance quotes for the sales assistants; occasionally send them to the customers.
- Maintain a strong relationship with the rest of the PPM team in Europe and in the US.
- Strong effort to meet the deadlines and produce activities schedule.
- Responsive and reliable with an ability to work both independently and as a team player when successfully completing routine and urgent tasks.
