- Lead the end-to-end development of Generative AI solutions on AWS, from conceptualization to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into ETQ’s SaaS products.
- Develop and optimize applications and services using Python that leverage Large Language models.
- Develop scalable, reliable, and secure Gen AI solutions in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.
- Incorporate Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques, fine-tuning AI models and other context techniques in the solution.
- Use data wrangling frameworks and orchestrating AI workloads.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of AI features, from ideation and development to deployment and maintenance.
- Design and implement autonomous AI agents capable of performing tasks and making decisions with minimal human intervention.
- Continuously assess the performance of Gen AI solution, utilizing user feedback and performance metrics to refine their algorithms.
- Keep current of the latest developments in Generative AI, AI agent technologies and methodologies, integrating relevant advancements into our SaaS platform to drive continuous innovation.
- Implement automated test cases that exercise and test the produced code.
- Working with other team members (engineers, Bl analysts, data scientists, QA) as part of an agile team using Scrum (using JIRA).
- Mentoring team members
- B.S. Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Strong working experience with Amazon Web Services, specifically AWS AI-related services
- Proficiency in one or more of the ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning
- Strong grasp of ML algorithms: supervised/unsupervised learning, clustering, regression, classification
- Experience with big data tools: Spark, Hadoop, Kafka
- Knowledge of data storage and ETL (SQL, NoSQL, FiveTran, Snowflake)
- Proven track record in delivering Generative AI solutions using AWS Services such as AWS Bedrock, SageMaker, Glue, Kinesis, etc.
- Ownership of the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and analysis to TDD, design, development, deployment, release, and support.
- Experienced in using version control tools, using Cl tools, and automation of the SDLC.
- Familiarity with high-scale cloud architecture and multi-tenant SaaS based systems.
- Experience of AWS services like Amazon SageMaker AI, AWS Bedrock, AWS Dynamo DB, Lambda, API Gateway.
- Experience of scripting languages Python, Java, Scala, R.
- Experience of LLM development framework like LangChain, LangGraph.
- Experience in Machine learning model development and data management.
- Knowledge of Multi-tenant SaaS architecture.
