Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Senior Digital Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing team. This is a key individual contributor role focused on driving significant growth across our digital channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing campaigns across the entire customer lifecycle, from attracting new visitors to driving customer loyalty and expansion. Remote (North America - US & Canada)
Leverage advanced martech tools (e.g., CRM, Marketing Automation, CDP) to personalize user experiences and deliver highly targeted campaigns.
Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to optimize campaign performance and continuously improve conversion rates.
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media advertising) to maximize ROI.
Implement website personalization strategies to deliver tailored experiences based on user behavior and preferences.
Analyze website traffic data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
Design and implement customer success programs to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing customers to drive revenue growth.
Define project scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (e.g., sales, product, customer success) to achieve shared goals.
Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing strategies.
Continuously explore and evaluate new technologies and marketing channels to identify opportunities for innovation.

Education / Qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on growth marketing.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., email, social media, paid advertising, content marketing).
- Expertise in using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
- Stong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with A/B testing, website personalization, and other growth hacking techniques.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with various CMS platforms.
