Responsibilities
Hexagon Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking a seasoned professional to join the Financial Systems team within the IT organization. This team supports the US and Canada-based back-office functions, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics GP along with numerous other on-premise and cloud-based solutions. The team maintains the existing solutions, performs upgrades, and implements net new solutions with a preference towards cloud solutions. The Senior Enterprise Systems Analyst will provide advanced technical support, lead development/configuration initiatives for the financial systems, and guide junior team members. This individual should be self-motivated, eager to continuously learn, and have a strong desire to work in a collaborative team environment.

- Lead the support/maintenance of financial systems in production and test environments
- Develop advanced financial reporting and analysis
- Provide end-user support with a focus on proactive measures to avoid issues
- Lead the development of integrations
- Participate in and contribute to a collaborative team environment that supports the financial systems, providing guidance to junior team members
- Create and maintain documentation on systems and processes using team standards
- Lead development and configuration work on various new systems as needed
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics GP and general business processes
- Experience configuring business systems (ERP, CRM, etc.)
- 5 years development experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript and Dexterity
- 5 years of experience in SQL Scripting
- Strong oral/written communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to join and participate in a support team that provides 24x7 end-user support which occasionally results in overtime
- Ability to effectively relate technical concepts to non-technical audience
- Ability to maintain high quality of deliverables
- Master’s degree with a focus in CS, MIS or other relevant degree
- 3 years of experience in ASP.NET and C# programming
- 3 years of experience with SSIS and SSRS
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform
