Hexagon Machine & MFG is looking for an experienced CNC Machinist with expertise in 3, 4, and 5-axis programming, live tooling lathes, and automation cells. Huge plus if you are a proven leader or someone who has demonstrated strong team leadership and is eager for more responsibility from team leadership to project management.
- Program, set up, and operate CNC machines to produce high-quality parts
- Work independently to meet production targets while maintaining precision
- Collaborate with teammates in a quality-driven, AS9100-certified shop
- Take ownership of projects, from material selection to final inspection
- Inspect your own work using GD&T principles
- Utilize automation cells and live tooling lathes
- Teammate leadership or project management to grow on your path as a leader
- Machining Expertise: 3, 4, and 5-axis programming (Mastercam or similar)
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership or have a strong interest in team or project management
- Mechanical Aptitude: Passion for precision and problem-solving
- Quality Focus: Ability to work in an AS9100-certified environment
- Autonomy & Teamwork: Strong communication and ability to work independently
- Flexibility: Must be in-person at our Longmont facility
- Choose your schedule between Monday and Saturday: Four 10-hour days, five 8-hour days, or even 4 9-hour days and a 4-hour day on Fridays or Saturdays.
- Work anytime between 6 AM – 8 PM (you pick your preferred window)
- Overtime available (time and a half), but never required
- 401k with 3% company contribution (no match required, above normal hourly pay)
