What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Front-End Developer position at Hexagon Safety, Infrastructure & Geospatial?
The Senior Front-End Developer will be responsible for the design, implementation, technical documentation, and maintenance of components of application software that supports our Public Safety product suite. This application suite is a web-based set of solutions that support the Public Safety market by providing dispatching and records management capabilities.
The focus of this position will be the implementation and maintenance of software to support analysis and reporting on data generated within the Public Safety product suite. This includes coding, unit test development, automated test development, and supporting the development of user documentation. The candidate will work in a high-performance agile/scrum team of mixed disciplines, participate in design and development discussions, create software according to requirements, implement automated testing methods, diagnose failures, and assist in reviewing documentation to verify correctness.
The role requires the use of independent judgment and application of programming/ software principles, theories, and concepts. This position regularly interacts with other technical and software personnel on the product development team and in other areas of the Company. On occasion, interacts with personnel outside of the Company.
Will perform other reasonable related duties. The Company reserves the right to change duties at any time.
