What are the responsibilities and job description for the Associate Analyst position at Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure?
This position reports directly to the Manager of Accounting and under general supervision will administer orders from initial acceptance to final close out.
- Facilitate efficient and accurate processing of orders ensuring pricing, quantities and terms are accurate per established business policies
- Maintains accurate records for all Accounts within Salesforce
- Works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders
- B.S. Accounting or Finance
- 0 – 3 years related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Salesforce a plus
- Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy
- Good oral and written communication skills are a must
- Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects simultaneously and effectively prioritize tasks to manage time effectively
- Able to identify and resolve order discrepancies efficiently and independently.
