Works with the Product Communications team, multiple development teams, and various stakeholders to produce and edit technical documentation deliverables, such as:

  • Online Help
  • Installation guides
  • Release documents

Other responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Adhere to company processes and writing standards with minimal oversight
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Use developing software products, such as product testing and troubleshooting

Requirements:
  • B.S. Technical Communications, Professional Writing, English, and other applicable majors
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years professional writing experience
  • Strong preference for candidates with experience in software or a similar technical field
