This individual will be an integral member of the FP&A team, contributing to critical financial processes, including monthly forecasting, annual budgeting process and variance analysis. This position will provide financial consulting and strategic support to the Director of the FP&A, including preparing project financials, presentations, monthly performance analysis and other projects requested by senior management. This position provides analysis and insight to support decision making to drive the Company's financial growth.
Responsibilities: - Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators including revenue, cost of sales, expenses and capital expenditures
- Monitor performance indicators, identifying trends and investigating causes of unexpected variances
- Contributes to the development of Budgeting, Financial Forecasting, Operating Plans and Modeling tools
- Prepare Ad-Hoc Reports and conduct in-depth Analysis as needed
- Produce Monthly and Quarterly Financial reports
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Analyze complex financial data, providing timely and accurate recommendations to support decision-making
- Assist in the preparation of presentations for our Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering financial insights and support to senior management
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; a Masters of Accountancy preferred
- Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills with the ability to excel in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with limited direct supervision
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong organizational abilities and an attention to detail
- Dedicated and positive attitude, with a commitment to collaborative teamwork and continuous process improvement
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience with Deltek Costpoint required
- Preferred experience with SAP BPC and OneStream software
- Ability to self-check results and reasonableness before publication to ensure accuracy
