What are the responsibilities and job description for the PT - Outpatient - Blackduck Clinic position at HexaQuEST Global - Healthcare?
General job duties. Types of procedures required.
Evaluation and treatment of patients for physical therapy in outpatient and SNF setting as needed.
Equipment utilized in the unit/dept.
EPIC navigators notes, Casamba at nursing home.
Required skills and minimum years of experience.
Experience with outpatient and subacute helpful
Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required.
MN license needed. BLS - must be AHA
Shift or schedule requirements.
Will work alone in Blackduck but with large team in Bemidji
Floating to over units/departments.
Blackduck OP, Bemidji OP and later trained to Good Sam nursing home for part A and B
- Med A and Med B are just references to medicare patients at the SNF. Med A means patient is under a skilled medicare A stay, needing 5 days/wk therapy. Med B could be outpatients from the assisted living, or long term residents receiving therapy under their Medicare B benefits. I don t think that is important detail to include in the postings. I interpret that comment in the Blackduck/Bemidji combo to mean: primarily outpatient but would like to cross-train to SNF for potential to assist there later if needed. (The SNF is right across the parking lot from the outpatient clinic.)
Dress Code:
peweter/gray scrubs and dress casual
Tell us about the unit/department specific training and orientation program. Will have computer based modules, EPIC training, department orientation and Casamba later.
