Job Description -
- Overall 6 years of experience, out of which, 2 years in implementing Master data Management in Profisee MDM
- Leads, in partnership with IT, design and implementation of Data Quality Initiatives, including associated tools / processes
- Analyze data integrity for the defined systems under his / her responsibility and identify problem areas
- Liaise with data stewards of the respective system and conduct research to determine the best course of action to correct the data
- Analyze and problem solve issues with current and planned systems as they relate to the integration and management of data (for example, review for accuracy in record merge, unmerge processes) understanding the impact when data from disparate systems is brought together
- Analyze reports of data errors to provide ongoing appropriate inter-departmental communication and monthly or daily data reports
- In collaboration with data stewards and technology, design, develop and prioritize processes necessary to accurately capture high quality data
- Create graphs, reports, and presentations in collaboration with other members of IAM, the business and BTS, interpret data and develop recommendations based on findings
- Informing Supervisors of any issues or opportunities with existing customers, such as upcoming major contract renewals
