Reporting Lead

Role and Responsibilities :

• Develop an overarching strategy for the 1000 reports currently built into the legacy systems, identifying which reports need to be recreated, consolidated, or addressed by making data sets available through a self-service reporting tool such as PowerBI
• Lead analysis of current state reporting with the Data Analyst and Business Analyst teams, identifying future state solutions for each of the current state reports based on the buckets above (recreate, consolidate, replace with data set)
• Work closely with project manager to understand and maintain focus on analytics needs, in support of project goals, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
• Proactively analyze data to answer key questions for stakeholders or yourself, with an eye on addressing priority business needs, and investigate and communicate which areas need special attention from the data team
• Carry out data interpretation and analysis, with reporting components from multiple data sources, as needed to support the project's data needs
• nalyze data sets by acquiring data from primary and secondary sources, and build scripts that will make our data evaluation process more flexible or scalable across datasets
