Job Description
COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April.
Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Childrens prior to starting.
Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask at all times during the respiratory virus season.
Please do not submit immunization records or driver licenses with your submissions.
This position, in collaboration with the healthcare team, patient, and family, coordinates and promotes patient health utilizing evidence-based practice in the delivery of professional nursing care across the care continuum. This position advocates for the patient and family adhering to nursing and medical plans of care, regulatory standards, and organizational values.
Experience Requirements
1 year nursing experience in an ambulatory infusion setting.
Pediatric Experience Strongly Preferred.
Education Requirements
A Diploma Nursing degree, a two year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four year degree (BSN) in nursing.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or currently enrolled in an RN to BSN program preferred
Certification/License/Registry Requirements
Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date
Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association.
PALS certification from the American Heart Association.
APHON Certification.
