Description :
We are seeking a Registered Nurse to provide inpatient dialysis in contracted health care organizations and to work in UW Health's outpatient setting.

Minimum Requirements :
o Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison
o Hemodialysis, Peritoneal dialysis (PD), Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), ICU or Med / Surg experience required.
o Must have experience with adults and pediatric patient population.
o Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.
o Traveler must have WI nursing license or compact license from their permanent address state.
o BLS & ACLS - must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY
o Must have Valid driver's license and current car insurance.
o Traveler must have Basic Arrhythmia experience. Traveler will be required to pass UW Health Telemetry test prior to being cleared to start (not for clinic positions). UW Health Recruitment will send instructions to traveler 2-3 weeks prior to start date.
