Job Description
At HexaQuEST Health, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Emergency Room Nurse to join our team. As an ER nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency room environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triaging patients and determining the priority of care based on their physical, psychological, and social needs.
- Conducting focused assessments of patients' chief complaints in a timely manner according to established triage guidelines.
- Providing safe and effective nursing care to patients in the emergency room, including medication administration, wound management, and line/tube/drain management.
- Communicating with providers and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Documenting patient care according to hospital standards and policies.
Requirements:
- A current RN license and 2 years of experience as an ER nurse.
- ACLS and BLS certification.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends.
