Job Description
ALL TRAVELERS ARE REQUIRED TO SHOW PROOF OF COMPLETED COVID-19 and INFLUENZA VACCINATIONS
PLEASE INCLUDE A CURRENT NURSYS REPORT FOR ALL SUBMISSIONS
Education/Certification And Licensure
Current BLS and ACLS certification valid for duration of assignment
Active/current RN Hawaii License required for consideration
BSN preferred
B. Experience
Two (2) or more years Acute (inpatient) Hemodialysis experience required
Two (2) or more years ICU, PCU or Telemetry experience in the last 5 years REQUIRED
Baxter/Phoenix HD Machine Experience Preferred.
All traveler compliance requirements must be completed TEN (10) business days prior to the start date in ***. There will be no exceptions, and travelers who do not meet this timeline will be pushed to a later start date and run the risk of being canceled
