We are a small town Critical Access Hospital (CAH) located in Southeast Montana, seeking an experienced Long Term Care (LTC) Night Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will work on a 13 week contract, guaranteeing 36 hours of work per week.
Job Summary

As an LTC Night Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities
- Provide individualized patient care, developing and implementing personalized plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service and quality care
Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must:
- Be a currently active Registered Nurse licensed in the state of Montana
- Have less than 1 year of experience as a nurse
- Be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays
