We are seeking a Nursing Assistant (CNA, NA) to :

Minimum Requirements :

Traveler must have permanent address outside 50 mile radius of Madison (permanent address must be included in traveler's profile : resume,

Experience :

Must have Inpatient (IP) or Surgical Services experience.

Traveler must have completed two years of acute care experience within last 3 years.

Traveler must have experience in an Academic Level 1 - Trauma center or similar size hospital.

Successfully completed traveler assignment (13 weeks).

Licensure and Certification :

Minimum - Must be listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Assistant / Home Health Aid Registry

BLS - must be certified through American Heart Association ONLY

Education - Minimum - High school diploma or equivalent and Graduate of State of Wisconsin Approved Nursing Assistant program

Reference

Needs 2 references from recent work environment / assignments (supervisor or manager only).

Floating

Travelers are the first to float. The Traveler may have shifts scheduled in multiple units, depending on the current staffing needs. During the traveler's assignment, if the primary unit no longer has a need, shifts will be re-assigned to another unit in order to complete contract.

Position Urgency : Quick Start

Shifts :

40 hrs / week, Day / Evening, 8 hr shifts between 0500-2030. Mostly 8 hr shifts but might have ability to work 10 hr shifts. Monday - Friday.
