Job Description :
Rural, critical access Hospital Pharmacy. Duties include managing Omnicell, vaccine inventories, packaging / unit dosing medication, sterile and non-sterile compounding of medications, preparing chemotherapy infusions, temperature monitoring of medications, and assisting in 340B program compliance. Pharmacy Technician registration with the State of Wisconsin and Pharmacy Technician certification required. Experience with Epic, Omnicell or IV compounding preferred.
Position Urgency : Normal
Shifts :
Scheduled M, W, Th, F with every 4th weekend. They would have M off after the weekend and then F off going into the weekend. Week 6-4 : 30 and weekend 6 : 30-3pm
