JAVA Tech Lead
Location: NYC/ Jersey City, NJ(Hybrid)

JD:
- Senior Java FSD developer with strong expertise in backend-heavy skills (Core Java, multithreading, Spring, Spring Boot, REST API, Distributed Systems, Messaging and Streaming )
- Strong experience in REST API modeling and implementation.
- Must have expertise in low-latency messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ), database optimization techniques, and REST API design for efficient data handling.
- Should be proficient in designing scalable systems, troubleshooting complex issues, performance tuning and optimization strategies.
- Strong hands on in testing automation, unit testing and performance testing using frameworks i.e, Junit, Mockito, SonarQube, JMeter.. etc
- Should have a strong understanding of design patterns, resource utilization strategies, and performance optimization methodologies to ensure system efficiency and reliability.
- Moderate exposure expected in caching strategies (e.g., Redis), container orchestration tools like Kubernetes, and performance profiling tools like JProfiler and Visual.
- Good in mentoring teams, create guidelines and ensuring on time delivery.
