Experience:
- Background of ITSM / Ops (not a typical Functional person)
- Have run the Service Management function in the past
- Understand IM, PM, MIM, KM etc.
- Involved in implementation of ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
- Track and govern ServiceNow implementation
- Responsible to own the operations and provide though leadership in process
