Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Leader to grow Data & AI Business in North America. Experience in Data Strategy, Thought leadership and lead the portfolio partnering with clients to modernize and cloudify its data ecosystem and monetization.
Key Responsibilities
- Grow & Maintain Data & AI portfolio for the client portfolios. Single point of escalation for Data & AI in the client portfolios.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive data management strategy, aligning with business objectives.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient data architectures on cloud and on-prem platforms.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and integration of data management tools and technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance.
- Define data governance policies, procedures, and standards.
- Develop and maintain data models, data warehousing, and business intelligence solutions.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and risk management.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in data management.

- 20 years of experience in data architecture and management.
- Expertise in Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, and Collibra.
- Proficient in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).

- Experience with data governance, quality, and compliance.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile methodologies.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, SQL, and Java.
