Location :: McLean, VA (Day 1 Onsite, 3 Days Onsite 2 Days Remote)

Job Duties
- Hands-on experience in DevOps CI/CD processes and methodologies.
- Development experience with Java, Python, and other programming languages.
- Expertise in Jenkins and Groovy scripting.
- Experience with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence.
- Proficiency in working with On-prem cloud and AWS environments.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as the role involves support responsibilities.
- Extensive use of AWS services like Cloud Formation Templates, S3, EC2, EKS, and more.
- Collaborate with business and technology partners to develop intuitive and useful features using an Agile approach.
- Drive the technical strategy and vision for the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in Python and Shell scripting.
- 5 years of proven ability in Enterprise Architecture and/or Platform Architecture in a financial services organization.
- 5 years of experience with AWS Cloud services such as EC2, S3, EKS, RDS, Mongo, EMR, Lambda, Snowflake, SNS, and SQS.
- Hands-on experience in large-scale digital transformation and AWS Cloud migration across multiple technology areas, including:
- API
- Microservices
- Event Streaming
- Logging & Monitoring
- Databases (SQL, NoSQL)
- Containers
- Serverless Frameworks
- AI & ML
- API Platforms (e.g., Apigee)
- Kafka, AMQ
- 5 years of hands-on experience in solution, data, and architecture applied to large-scale enterprise systems.
This role is ideal for candidates with a strong background in automation, cloud technologies, and enterprise architecture, who are ready to take ownership of technical strategies and deliver impactful solutions in a collaborative environment.
