Job Overview: Hexaware Technologies is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Management Trainee in Business Development/Account Management. This role is designed individuals who are eager to develop their skills and grow within a very fast-paced, innovative environment. As a Management Trainee, you will receive comprehensive support and hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, including account management, client relationship management, and sales strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in identifying and researching potential business opportunities
- Assist in Presentation for new deals or insights to senior management.
- Assist in Account/business plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance your business acumen.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
