- Create, Implement & Maintain robust, scalable, and reusable automation frameworks. Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices for test automation.
- Hands-on experience on open-source framework Selenium-Java TestNG and any one of the commercial tools like TOSCA, UFT, TestComplete etc.
- Strong communication skills.
- Assisting the agile team to define testable work that ensures that desired customer experiences and outcomes are achieved and are technically robust, high performing, stable and secure.
- Promoting continuous improvement and identifying opportunities for efficiencies to maximize the customer experience and reduce test cycle time.
- Work closely with development and operations teams to align automation efforts with overall project goals.
- Mentor and guide team members on best practices and new techniques in test automation.
- Monitor and analyze test automation results to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in test automation.
- Review and provide feedback on project documents to aid creation of testing strategy, frameworks, script development standards, test plans and test is complete reports.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of the automation framework, tools, processes, and test scripts.
- Ensure that documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Accountable to ensure the defects are detected and reported to be prioritized (based on impact) with the Product Owners.
- Providing support in highlighting software and hardware requirements to ensure proficient delivery of your role.
- Promote continuous testing practices and ensure timely execution of automated tests."
